lost my site

  Something happened and I’m getting this error when I try to access my WP login and site:
  W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /hermes/bosnacweb04/bosnacweb04cg/b1867/ipg.thisfulllifewithkell/wp-content/advanced-cache.php.

  I have no way of accessing it to edit this and my site is completely down
