Lost My Site – Please help.

Hello, I recently emailed to ask if I could have my URL changed back to wordpress.com from wpcomstaging.com
The site I built was at this URL: https://designsbyshaf.wpcomstaging.com/
This URL no longer works and has gone back to designsbyshaf.wordpress.com
Except none of my work done from the wpcomstaging URL is there! It is all gone! I was not aware this would happen and I need help as soon as possible! This was my portfolio link that I have sent out on numerous job applications and do not have a back up for the content.
I did not receive any email indicating this change or an option to decline if I would lose my content. I desperately need to retrieve my old content as soon as possible from https://designsbyshaf.wpcomstaging.com/ or to retrieve it.
Please help me.

Hi there!
It looks like you had a Creator Trial, which expired on 2024-03-12. When a Creator Trial expires, any content added to the site during that trial is deleted and the URL is reverted back to the free *.wordpress.com URL.
You would need to first purchase a Creator plan and get your site back to a plugin-enabled state.
Once that plan is in place, you can restore your site by following the steps here: https://wordpress.com/support/restore-default-plugins-and-themes/#restore-default-plugins-and-themes
