    guys,

    Hoping someone can help.
    My site -scotia.co.uk has been mistakenly downgraded from the paid service to the free one and I’ve lost my Updraft backups.
    Can anyone (or an admin) tell me how I can get the Updraft backup files from the old instance?

    Any help greatly appreciated.

    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes
