Lost My Site.I deleted one word from my "Subdomain" and saved it.Now no site.

Good day everyone,well,not for me at the present.
I really hope someone out there can maybe shed some light or possibly correct this REALLY STUPID thing I have done.
I wanted to delete a word from the “Subdomain’ of my website address:http://fast-neck-back-shoulder-pain-relief.com/backpainrelieffast/( I deleted the “fast” off the end) for different reasons and I deleted from everywhere it was present. I deleted it from the “phpmyadmin-options” from my ftp. When I look at the website name in my ftp client, although the webite name has one word missing, I still have all my Content, Themes,etc.
I copied all the files back to my compute to a Backup Folder and was just going to copy everything back to a blog,but, when I try and open the “Sitemap XML Document” I get this:

Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again laterThe stylesheet does not contain a document element. The stylesheet may be empty, or it may not be a well-formed XML documen…]I tried to put the “Fast” back in the URL,but, no luck!
I don’t think I’ll be able to get that site back? Do you? When I try to upload the site all I get is this: “ERROR 404 – PAGE NOT FOUND”
If there is anyone out there that might know what I’m talking about and has a possible solution I’d REALLY APPRECIATE your input.
