Lost my subscribers after site migration.
-
I recently migrated my site to a new URL, and I see my new site does not have any subscribers.

Hi there,
Are you referring to abbeygalequinn.com? What was your previous site’s address?

hi @abbeygalequinn,
probably You have mistyped, if yours is MichiganPsychicMedium.com then we can not help here in this forum, as long as it is not hosted on WordPress.com but on Cloudflare. You can look for help at .org forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ for help.

@abbeygalequinn, you should be able to migrate your followers as explained here:

@maksimurasov thanks for modlooking this, we are usually able to help with some simple Jetpack issues like this one so yes, no need to send the user to WordPress.org. -
Hi. I followed the tutorial on the link you gave me, but the option to “migrate followers from another” site is not available on either the old or new site.
The only option it’s giving me is to “view” my email followers. Which is how I found out that they didn’t transfer with me with the site migration :D
Is there another way to do it?
Sorry to be a pain :/

I may have found the problem… I had an email change a few months back, so now I have 2 different email accounts for WP.com, so the 2 different sites aren’t listed under the same account.
Is there a way to add the old site to the new account without losing the subscriber info? The old email/URL is where my subscribers are.

Thanks for the help. I figured out a way to download the subscribers from WP and upload them to mailchimp. Thanks for all of your help <3
