Lost my URL

  I created a WP site about 10 years ago using a URL that I want to use now, but I no longer have access to that WP account or the associated email address. There are no posts at that URL, so would it be possible for WP to make it available with my new account?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Also, the URL in question is not mikewhitephoto.wordpress.com, it’s artblanche.wordpress.com

  Hi mikewhitephoto,

  artblanche.wordpress.com is owned by the account brumerican. Could you try logging out of WordPress.com, then log back in with that username instead?

  If that doesn’t work and you no longer have access to the account email address (needed to reset the password), the account recovery form will be the only way forward:

  We cannot make changes to a site without permission from the account that owns it, so you’ll need to work through that process.
