Lost my way into my blog

  I don’t know what I’ve done but a few weeks ago I was messing about and trying to get a different look to my blog. I deleted some sections by mistake, and then gave up. Life intervened and I wasn’t able to continue until tonight. But when I logged on I could only find the individual blogs with the images, OK for viewers but it didn’t have a dashboard for me to work from. My only way in was to click on ‘support’ at the bottom of my list of people I follow.

  So, can anyone tell me what I’ve done wrong and how I can get the dashboard to come up when I sign in?
