lost my way to log in to wordpress.com from outside

Dear Support, No-one can help from premium support, although I have a token, because I have lost how I log in from outside. I log in from my computers by going to wordpress.com, click ‘my sites’ then my username and password, which work when i do that. But from Support, they cannot get in and say that none of it works. I am really desperate as my checkout is broken and I need to fix it.

I also run http://www.mirandasmsblog.com but that’s not the problem. I can log in to Get shopped, which I thought was the same log in as wordpress.com, but the username and password don’t work for Support. Pleeeeeeeease can you help me?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble. However, painfreepotential.co.uk is a self-hosted WordPress.org blog, which we really can’t help with.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation and support sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at http://codex.wordpress.org/ and http://wordpress.org/support/

oh….thanks. I actually have hosting… does this just not show up, or do you think something has gone wrong? sorry to be so dumb. I did find my way in by the way. I just always thought I was on .com!
