Are you sure about the URL?
http://www.charlotteencombe.com/ isn’t registered yet:Great news!
charlotteencombe.com is available for $10.88
https://uniregistry.com/ (go and try yourself)

Thanks, but my bluehost registration doesn’t expire later this year and runs until the 23rd of July. Or is that different/beside the point?

I mean are you sure that the domain is (exactly) written like
http://www.charlotteencombe.com/ ?Again, I get that this domain is not registered yet.
Go to https://uniregistry.com/ and put into the box http://www.charlotteencombe.com/ -
yes, that is correct and I have tried it too. Am having a chat with bluehost at the moment which is taking ages, but if they can’t sort it out and I have any further questions I will get back. In the meantime thank you for taking the trouble to help me. Best wishes,

Hello. I had to recover my account after it was taken down. I tried to pull up my domain and it says it is not in existence. I paid the reinstatement fee and paid my $99 yearly fee. Where is my domain? What do I need to do to recover it. This has all been harder than it should be?? How do I connect to my dashboard? I am completely confused. My domain was http://www.michellsgrace.com. My email is (email visible only to moderators and staff). Thank you!!

I’m not seeing any transactions where that domain was mapped to your WordPress.com site. I see that charlotteencombe.com is now registered, and I assume it is you who purchased it. If you’d like to map it to your WordPress.com site you’ll need to follow these steps to purchase a Domain Mapping upgrade and change its name servers:
But it sounds like you probably had a self-hosted site running the free WordPress software at Bluehost.
It appears you were able to renew michellsgrace.com successfully and I see it as connecting to your site:

Yes, I can usually stumble on what I want to do but this one was difficult.
Thank you for your reply!
