It looks like the WordPress.com Explorer plan and the domain both expired quite some time ago. Your domain entered the redemption period, and you then paid the redemption fee + the domain renewal fee to restore the domain. However, it appears you then canceled the domain. May I ask what led you to cancel the domain again?
Because you canceled within the refund period, the domain registration fee was refunded to you. To restore the domain, you must pay the domain registration fee again.
