Lost my website but still being charged for it

    A few months ago I was experiencing issues with building my website on WordPress. I did some research and decided clearing my Google chrome cache would fix things. It did not. The result was that by clearing my cache, I lost all progress made on my website and all that was left was the domain name which I paid for. I couldn’t even start from scratch again for some reason. I checked my account and as far as I could tell my bank details were no longer saved or registered to that domain. I brushed it off as an expensive mistake and made another website else where.

    You can imagine my shock when a few minutes ago I check my bank account to see a £114 payment coming out under WORDPRESS.

    I just want to stop these payments coming out for something I can’t even use. Please help!
