Lost my wordpress site

Hello. I went to change my domain name in the ‘Settings’ portion of the editing sidebar. When I went to click ‘save,’ I lost my website http://www.improvementcafe.com and it no longer shows up in the MySites portion of my web hosting profile. I’m not sure what all the information I can give, as I literally just started using WordPress today, but please let me know if you can help. Thanks.
