Lost my wordpress.com subscribers when I switched to a self hosted site

    Dear support team,

    I recently switched from my stoneturtleyoga.wordpress.com site to a self hosted (by Bluehost) site at stoneturtleyoga.com. I moved my site over, but my subscribers did not come with it, and now they’re not at my old stoneturtleyoga.wordpress.com site anymore either. I have activated Jetpack on my new site, but I cannot even find Jetpack on the dashboard of my old site, let alone activate it. Please help! Thanks in advance.
