lost mywebsite content since 28/april

Dear Sir,
kindly note till 28 april i used to have an account on wordpress that i used to pay monthly (auto renewal), but i didnt notice that after i renewed my credit card, i didnt update my payment details so i guess my account is expired!
i cant see my website
my hosting is thru godaddy, and i used to manage my blog site thru wordpress as the theme was from wordpress itself.oravibe.net
please help me to get my website content and will pay or the late bills as again i didnt notice the renewal is expired once i renewed my credit card.
my website content are of 2 years work and i am ready to pay all payments once
to have it back please

Hi there,
The domain, oravibe.net, is registered with GoDaddy.com, not with us, and it’s not connected to any WordPress.com site or account. You will need to contact them for help with your site.
You are using WordPress for your site, but it’s the WordPress software, called WordPress.org. WordPress.com is something completely different and it’s not connnected to your GoDaddy site in any way.
I also don’t see any upgrades in your account, and we have no options here that allow you to pay monthly, so the payments you mention were not made to us.

i referred to wordpress.org and they said i dont have account with them.
also goDaddy support mentioned that i have been managing my wordpress thru a 3rd party not directly thru godaddy webbuilder thats why they dont have a backup for over 30 days!
i have been managing my website thru a link similar to the below but its no longer accessible

again they said wordpress.com or wordpress.org could have your website content as i did the customization of the theme not within GoDaddy itself

No one can help you here. Because it is not a wordpress.com website. That is self hosted website. You may think that where you host your website. If that is GoDaddy you can claim them. But all the content is your responsibility. You should back up them.
The staff of wordpress cannot see your account or anything from your website. -
WordPress.org is not a hosting platform, that’s a website where the WordPress software and the self-hosted community forum exists. There are no websites ON WordPress.org. WordPress.org is only where you download the software.

All WordPress websites, whether they are hosted with us or somewhere else, has that link to the dashboard. All that link says is that it’s a WordPress site, not what type of WordPress site, nor where it is hosted.

On WordPress.com there are no SQL, and no individual files for your site. If you could access the files and SQL database of your site directly, then your site was definitely NOT on WordPress.com.

my account is shadeofdecorThere is a username, shadeofdecor, on WordPress.com, but that username was created two days ago. Before Friday that username had never before existed on WordPress.com.
Neither oravibe.com nor oravibe.net has ever been registered or connected in any way to WordPress.com.
The only way to get back that site is from your host, who is not us and not WordPress.org.
There is nothing else that we can do in this forum to help you, as we’ve never had your site with us.
