    I purchase a domain on May 21, 2019. I just seem to the confirmation through email but I seen that I was charge 97 dollars on my bank statement. Can someone help me? My phone number is redacted

    Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not? That’s the one you’ll need to use, then you can get in touch directly here:

    If you don’t know what address that is, try commenting on one of your posts. In most cases, you’ll get an email notification at the correct address.

    Otherwise, can you update this thread and let us know what the domain is so we can try to look up the correct account?
