Lost one of my pages

I had a page called photography, then I made menu’s, and now I lost all my photo’s and have two photography pages.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I am very frustrated. I worked on a page for about 8 hours today. I wanted to try some different edits in the code so I went to make a duplicate page. So I openned edit page put in a new name and openned the page and now my page is gone. Just a page with a new name with nothing on it. I never saved and there appears to be no way to restore this.
Let me know if there is anything I can do to recover this page.
Not holding out much hope though.

Sorry to hear that you’re experiencing this issue. Here’s what I found out.
The 2 “Photography” pages linked to your Blog page (this is the original page). In order to change this, you just need to remove the extra Photography page from the current menu. To do this, follow:
Open Theme Customizer -> Click on Menus -> Select the current Menu set to Header -> Click on one of the Photography Page -> Scroll down -> Click Remove -> The extra Photography is removed.

I had a page called Photography. The after making just that one page. I started making menus and then lost them.

I went to https://1fingertrigger.wordpress.com/photography and the page isn’t found. Could you check if the page is published or saved as draft somehow?
To check go to Site Pages -> Check all 4 tabs (Published, Drafts, Scheduled, Trashed)
Please check if the Photography page is in any of those categories.
