Lost one of my WordPress accounts?

(sorry for my English, I hope my message will be understandable)
Normally I have 2 WordPress accounts, with 2 different email addresses and 2 different avatars. I regularly participate in forums with, depending on the forum, one or the other of my 2 email addresses.
But this morning I couldn’t connect to WordPress with my 2nd email address (I would like to change my avatar): when I enter my email address, WordPress answers me: “this user doesn’t exist” (in French: “cet utilisateur n’existe pas”). I find it strange since I can still post with this email address on my usual forum (and the avatar appears next to my message). And if I want to connect to WordPress with my first email address, no problem, I can.
There is apparently no way to contact WordPress to ask them why I can’t connect to WordPress with my 2nd email address.
What do you think the problem is?

The site you mentioned is not hosted on WordPress.com, are you talking about accounts on WordPress.com or WordPress.org?
What’s the username and email on the account that doesn’t connect? You can type your email address in its own line and it will be hidden from anyone but the WordPress.com staff.
Also, what’s the exact link where you’re trying to log in? -

I suppose this site is hosted on WordPress.com : https://www.europe-israel.org/ as I can see my avatar when I post a message.
Th email address WordPress answers me “this user doesn’t exist” is (email visible only to moderators and staff) (I dont remember the user name but is it important? since I can connect with my other email address only)https://wordpress.com/log-in/fr is the exact link where I’m trying to log in.

It would be good to know the username because this email indeed is not in our database. Are you sure there are no typos? Do you have any other email addressed that you might have used?

Do you confirm that the site https://www.europe-israel.org/ is hosted by WordPress.com?
If so, when I type a message on this site, I always use this address : (email visible only to moderators and staff) (no typo here), and I can see my 2nd avatar next to my message. This is what makes me think that I have two accounts on WordPress.comm = the one I’m using right now to ask you this question (email address (email visible only to moderators and staff)), and the one I’m not able to connect to.
PS : I have tried 3 or 4 times to connect on WordPress with my 2nd email address, no typo there either. (not 3 or 4 times!)

europe-israel.org is not hosted by WordPress.com. In fact that domain is registered by GoDaddy and hosted with cloudflare.com. That means the site is using the open source WordPress.org software, rather than our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com.
Since we can only support sites on our hosting service you’ll want to check out https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ or contact your hosting provider for help.
