  I recently had to close down our website, but since then my accountant has asked for a detailed list of our sales over the 18 months we were trading. Is there a way to retrieve this information? As the site is now closed and I cannot login.

  Both websites are not (were not) hosted by us (WordPress.com). If you need any information retrieved you need to contact either your web developer or your hosting provider.

  rashr.com is hosted by blacknight.com and therashvestcompany.com by GoDaddy.

  Just to confirm, i’m looking for the sales information from our old word press site. Do I contact the hosting company for that information? I thought it would have been the website platform.

  WordPress is the software used to build your site as Windows is the software to operate your computer. The only two that can help you with that is your web developer (if you had one) and/or your hosting provider.
