How do i find my old account under the email (email visible only to moderators and staff) WILL NOT allow sign in due to password forget and NOW I HAD to sign in with my new email (email visible only to moderators and staff) BUT HAVE NO Followed sites, My likes etc???

What is the exact URL starting with http:// of the site you refer to?
What I post below applies only to sites hosted by WordPress.COM. It does not apply to WordPress>ORG software installs.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard. The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by WordPress.COM is:
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
* You will have to replace “name_of_blog” with the actual blog’s name in that URL.
If you are not logged in under the correct username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then login correctly under the relevant username account.
You can update your email address here https://wordpress.com/me at any time.
If you did not register the site under your username account and do not have the required access, then you need to contact the person who registered the account and site under it, and have them act or transfer the site to your username account by using this process. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account

I get this error message when I click on your link above to reset password??? ERROR: The password you entered for the email or username wildnsweet is incorrect.
I’ve sent an email to the address we have on our system for the other account. I’ll follow up with you there about the next steps — please also check your spam folder in case the email goes there.

I have rest my password 500 times under the wildnsweet761 STILL getting error message, NOW when I click the link to reply, lol, CAN’T as it wants me to log in to reply, that’s called, being between a rock and a hard stone????

THE ONLY way to sign in. is the hack way of signing into this with Google, nice controlling Google.SO I WILL copy/paste my issue as replied to YOU ALL>>>

Now I get when clicking link “Sorry, that key does not appear to be valid.” -
So I guess unless someone will allow me to get back in under aol account so i can change it to Gmail account, I REMAIN Done

You are referring to two separate accounts in this thread:
wildnsweet1 — you can view which email address is linked to the account you are currently logged in to on your Account Settings page.
wildnsweet — our system shows the password reset emails are being sent successfully. If you aren’t receiving them, they may be in your spam folder or your mail provider could be blocking them.
I sent an email to the address you mentioned in your original post. If you haven’t received it, we’ll need you to fill out the Account Recovery form:
Once you’ve done so, we can work through the account recovery process to try and help you access wildnsweet.

Ok I will try this again. MY ORIGINAL account was “(email visible only to moderators and staff)” no matter what i do it will NOT let me sign in. Yes I’ve received ALL YOUR LINKS and retrieval of administrator links to reset. BTW just so you know, I’ve been on Computers since 1995, got my 1st stupid smartphone 2008. I clearly am aware of spam folders. What I am trying to do is re-sign into my old account (AOL), then update with new email to (email visible only to moderators and staff) and of course update password. WHAT i am saying is I DO not want to start a new account I want to see what I saved under the AOL account…

So I was able to Finally able log into my old aol acct, create new password. BUT NOW it will not allow me to change and or update my email within profile, cause it says???>>>”That e-mail address is already being used”. Meaning the Gmail, so I made sure I was logged out of Gmail. I WANT to keep my original name, you can’t make this up, when signing in thru my Gmail is says my user name is wildnsweet1, THAT IS NOT me I use wildnsweet. What to do? thank you

So the thing is someone needs to unlink my (email visible only to moderators and staff) email from my account;wildnsweet, member since 2014 under (email visible only to moderators and staff), then maybe it will allow me to update it. Hope someone here understands me. I await as the only thing I can think of is to shut down, clear cache and restart CPU

What I am trying to do is re-sign into my old account (AOL), then update with new email to (email visible only to moderators and staff) and of course update password.
An email address cannot be used for more than one WordPress.com account, which is why you are currently unable to change the email address.
I know you want to use a different email address on your wildnsweet account, is that the only account you wish to keep?
