  Hi, our website is currently down. It displays “pageok” on a white screen. I am trying to log in through WordPress in efforts to identify the problem and WordPress recognizes my username, but not password or email address and I am not allowed to login.

  Can you help me log in to my WordPress account to try to identify the problem?
