Lost our administrator; don't have password.

  Our organization no longer is in contact with the person who set up our site; she was the administrator. We need to create new administrators. Can we do this?

  Hi there,

  I see that David chatted with you about this before. As he mentioned, we aren’t able to add users to a site (or make existing users administrators) unless the site’s owner or an administrator on the site requests it.

  If you are in touch with another administrator on the site, that administrator can make changes to the users on the site as described here: User Roles
