Please can you help me restore a lost page. I tried clicking on trash and it deleted it altogether.

Generally, posts are deleted permanently when they are removed from the trash. The only way to restore that would be to use a backup service and restore your site to an earlier point.
I’d suggest asking Bluehost support to see if they have a backup of your site that you can restore to. That’d be the only way you can get the page back.

In the future, we recommend using something like Jetpack Backup which lets you restore to an earlier point and get back deleted pages.
