  My password is not working and the system is not sending a reset to my admin email. It is for my site sociofly.co

  I would check the spam folder and social folder in your email, they can sometimes get lost in there.

  The email is going to be sent to the email address associated with the user account. If you have multiple emails, you should check those too.
