  cannot log in my site Shenzhen Standard due to password problem, tried to use password recovery but keep getting empty captcha error message.

  What is the full URL of the site, please?

  WordPress.com does not use CAPTCHA to verify logins, so it sounds like you might have a self-hosted WordPress.org site instead. Our password reset form doesn’t work for self-hosted sites.

  You might need to contact your hosting provider directly for help with this, but you can also see the instructions for resetting the password on self-hosted sites here:
