  Hello, I narrive more has accessed my website in admin. I lost my password and when I ask to generate a new password, I do not receive anything on my mailbox.

  I am in the same situation. As far as I remember my username is admin (but that could be different) but the password I have written down isn’t working and when I submitted my email address to get a recovery email I never got one and it did not go to my spam folder. Any help on this??? Thank you!
