Given the gravity of the issue, here is what I am doing. I am adding a tag “modlook” in this topic. One of the members from the WordPress.com staff/WordPress.com Happiness Engineers should be able to help you through this.

I should also suggest you to check your spam box, for there are times emails can land there because of your email provider’s filters.

amomforthejob.com is a self hosted WordPress.org site, rather than a WordPress.com site. We have some information about the differences between the two on this page:
We are only able to help with access to WordPress.com sites hosted on our own servers. If you haven’t done so already, try checking your spam filter in case the password emails have gone there.
If that doesn’t help, you could try contacting your hosting provider (Dreamhost) to see if they are able to help you access the site agin.

But I’d check your spam folders and contact your hosting provider first :)
