  Hi,

  I’ve lost my password to my account and no e-mail arrives to my mail when I click on restore the password. What can I do?

  What site are you trying to access? We have no way of helping if we don’t know what account or site you are speaking of, and it’s obviously not your agnesmjosefsson account, as you wouldn’t be able to post in the forums if you weren’t already logged into this account.

  I have a website called http://www.lifetimesafaris.se and the username for me to enter is only “agnes”.

  That site is not hosted on WordPress.com, so we cannot help with this, as we have no control over your admin login for that site – that password is stored directly in your site database on your hosting provider’s servers.
