I lost the user name and password to my site, my paid site, over a week ago. My computer died and took the hard drive with it. I have filled out the recovery form several times now. I paid for the site through PayPal. The recovery form doesn’t like the transaction ID. I therefore added a copy of the PayPal receipt to a new recovery form. This was two days ago. I haven’t even received an automatic email reply saying my recovery requests were received and that somebody was working on it. Any suggestions?

You can also post the email address that you put into the account recovery form. Only Staff will be able to see it.

Please do not post transaction IDs in the public support forums – that info can be used by anyone to claim ownership of your account.
I don’t see any account recovery requests connected to either this account or the bhaidin1 account that owns that site. The email address you provided above is also not the address associated with that site, and I don’t see any account recovery forms submitted with that email address.
Can you please provide an email address you have access to where we can follow up with you about this?

There is another email, (email visible only to moderators and staff). When my PC blew out I lost almost all usernames and passwords to most of my numerous online accounts. I lost the bhaidin100@gmail at the same time. I can access (email visible only to moderators and staff) and (email visible only to moderators and staff).
