  I’ve lost my password, I keep doing the usual of asking for a new password request to be sent to my email but I’m never receiving the email. Tried for 3 days now. Need help as it’s a business site

  Have you tried looking for the emails in your Spam folder? It’s possible that the email was marked as spam.
