Greetings,
I lost my password for log-in to my website (wp-admin). I tried the general steps for setting up a new password. But it didn’t work. I used the correct e-mail with which I usually log-in to my website but I didn’t received any e-mail to my inbox. Could you pls help me set up new password for my website ? And also could you please advice me how can I set up automatical resending e-mails from my website e-email to my general e-mail address? I would like to connect my website email with my general email. So I could receive e-mails from my website e-mail through my general e-mail.Thank you for your time and help.

Is your website created at WordPress.com or elsewhere?
You could try to look at your email under the junk or spam folder for the password reset email.If your website is not created via WordPress.com, I don’t think the WordPress.com team here could help you to retrieve your website since you are using self-hosted WordPress.org, not the WordPress.com site.
You could get back to the WordPress hosting provider you purchased from and log in to the hosting account to configure your WordPress settings like email or login password.

I see that the site connected to your WordPress.com account is hosted by GigaHost, so you need to contact them regarding your login issue.
You can also try and reset the password by following these instructions:
