  tried login with new password and got a message error below

  I’m afraid that we can’t help directly because your finesshair.com site is not with WordPress.com managed hosting. As such, we don’t have the ability to take a closer look at your site.

  Instead, your host uses open-source WordPress.org software, which differs from what we offer here on WordPress.com.
