Lost password and access to email address connected to the blog

    Hello,
    I register on wordpress in 2012 and created a blog (on other login). My password was remembered on my computer but suddenly stop working (no idea why…). Then I realized I’ve lost access to the email address that was connected to the blog (the account was deleted because I had not used it for 180 days). I never paid for some services on wordpress so I have no proof of ownership now…
    But it is my blog – my name and surname are there, my pics, I’m the author of all content… I can send copy of my passport/ id card to prove it. Maybe computer IP to prove I use the same computer?
    I’m very worried cause I lost access to my blog, I can not change anything or update information… My personal data are also there.
    Please help me.

    Dear Macmanx,
    I need your help. when I login using my email address into my account, it shows for me a different username for a non-existing account. I am confused, I cannt access my account. Here is the URL. https://mawaratib.wordpress.com/. I am now not sure which email address I used and the user name.

    Thank you, I got the email message. But nothing has changed. When I login, I still get the first user account I opened & deleted. Paduku2020. a non-existing account. Looking forward to your help.

    The paduku2020 account has not been deleted. If it were you wouldn’t be able to use it to post here in the forums.

    Go to https://wordpress.com/me/ and click the Log Out button. Then clear your browser cache and cookies to make sure you’re completely logged out.

    Then log in using the email address at which Liz emailed you, not the email address connected to your paduku2020 account

    Dear Kokkieh,
    The message I received from Liz is the same message she posted here in this platform. The email address I used for opening Paduku2020 account is the same email address I used for opening https://mawaratib.wordpress.com/. My PC was stolen last year, I am not sure if someone didn’t change the email address I used. Kindly let me know which email address is associated with this account https://mawaratib.wordpress.com/ of mine, so that I can confirm if the email address is mine or not.

    The email address I used for opening Paduku2020 account is the same email address I used for opening https://mawaratib.wordpress.com/.

    They are not the same, no, as it’s impossible for two WordPress.com username accounts to use the same email address.

    The address that Liz emailed four days ago is a completely different address from the one you’ll see if you go to https://wordpress.com/me/account/ as the paduku2020 account.

    I’m afraid I cannot tell you what that other email address is, so if you didn’t receive the email Liz sent you, the only other option is our account recovery process that staff-blorbo linked to above.

    If you did receive Liz’s email, but at the address for the paduku2020 account, that means you likely have an email forward set up on the other address. In that case, please reply to the email itself, and we can continue helping you there.

    Dear Kokkieh,
    https://mawaratib.wordpress.com/ account is genuinely mine. Check the section on research, there are two research articles where I am first author. I have other four research articles in the name of MAWA RATIB (google). I think someone must have hacked or changed the email address or login password.

    KINDLY HELP DELETE IT ACCOUNT & I OPEN NEW ONE.

    To proceed, please reply to the email that we sent to the email address on the account 4 days ago.

    Please understand that we consider this a security matter and cannot delete accounts simply based on hearsay.

    I do understand. Assuredly no one will claim that account. I have forgotten the password and the email address I used. I thought you might help. If you cant then there is nothing I can do.
