Hello Greg!
This forum supports sites hosted on WordPress.org where your site appears to be hosted with bluehost. The WordPress.com staff has visibility and access to WordPress.com accounts that it does not have for other hosting platforms. For that reason, assistance here is very limited for sites running on other hosting services.
I recognize that it is not easy to know if you are asking for help in the right place.
Here is a link from WordPress.org that might be enough to get you through a successful DIY password reset:
https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/If you need more DIY WordPress advice from a community support forum, WordPress.org has a similar support forums for sites like yours. Going forward, that will be a better resource for help.
