lost password and unrecognized e-mail address

  I have a wp site http://www.aptosbeachhomes.com that does not seem to recognize my username or pw. I am at a loss to figure how to get in and make changes to the site. They guy I had set it up has gone missing.

  Any suggestions how I can reset things and go in an make changes to the page?
