Lost password – can't access domain

    Hello –

I am unable to access enniskillenorchard.com.au. All of the email accounts that were used to establish this account have been deleted (long story). I can prove with other documents that this is my family’s domain – and farm! – but I can’t remember the log-in password. I assume the renewal notices were also sent to one of these deleted email accounts, therefore, we owe $$. Very happy to do this so we can get our domain back.

I desperately need to update the information. I just want access to our domain!

    Thank you,

    Angela

There is no phone support. There is only one means of account recovery.

You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.

Clicking this link should display all your blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden

If you do not see the blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/ then
    follow this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibility

If you have lost your log-in information you can visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

As a last resort please complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.

P.S. you failed to confirm what the URL of the domain in question is.

    I see http://theresheis.net/
    whois

    Nameservers Validated!
Congratulations! The nameservers appear to be set up correctly for theresheis.net.
    Primary Blog is Set

theresheis.net is set as the primary domain for theresheisdotnet.wordpress.com and will appear in the address bar when you visit the site.

Is that the domain URL you are referring to as expired?

It’s actually http://enniskillenorchard.com.au which is working fine now. Must have found a way to renew it.

    @raincoaster
Thanks so much. I appreciate the help.

Here is what the domain helper provides:

    nvalid Nameservers

Your domain is set up with the following name servers or their numeric equivalents:

In order for your domain name to work at WordPress.com, you should remove the above nameservers and add only the ones listed below.
    NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
    NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
    NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

Note: Removing nameservers can cause things like email or other custom setups to break. Please consult with your current hosting company or registrar before removing DNS entries.

There is information on how to set up domain mapping in our support documentation. If you need help after that, please contact our support team.

Hello! Thank you for all of this. Yes, the problem is still with enniskillenorchard.com.au. It was attached to my log-in for theresheisblog but it’s no longer there. And I double checked hidden/visible. In some ways, it would be better if it was deleted/suspended so I could start over with a new domain ….. I’ll try account recovery again. Cheers!

Hi @theresheisblog – The domain mapping upgrade for enniskillenorchard.com.au was attached to a different account, not the one you’re currently logged into. The site enniskillenorchard.wordpress.com is now loading correctly.

If you need help accessing the blog enniskillenorchard.wordpress.com, please fill out the form here:

    https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

That’s the quickest way to help us get you access!
