Lost password, can't change it

  I’ve apparently “lost” my password, i.e. the password that I thought it was doesn’t work when I type it into the password box. So I tried changing it, and it prompted me for my email address to send me a new password, but for some reason WordPress does not recognise any of the email addresses I typed in. Is there any other way I can get a new password, or some way of updating my profile so that I can actually put in the correct email address for myself?

  If you cannot reset your password, you will need to contact our account recovery team.

  To do so, go to the Password reset page and then click on the link for “Need more help?”. From there you will get a contact form you can use to provide information we will use for account recovery.
