lost password due to possible hack(a hack email was received)

    Hi I lost my password on my website http://www.electry.co.uk (not this one that I am logged into now).It wont send me a reset link because I think it did not update my email ,my user name is Electry_admin.

    Hi there:

    We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re unable to provide support. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.

    You should reach out to your host for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to them and are the best ones to help you reset your login.
