Lost password, email for recovery not sent

  Hi everyone,

  I lost the password for my site at brazilianproducer.ulissesneto.com and can’t get the recovery email even though my details are correct. Can you help me with this please?

  brazilianproducer.ulissesneto.com is a WordPress.org site hosted by Cyrus One, rather than WordPress.com:

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  The username and password for that site is stored on your host’s servers, so we have no access to that information. If you are unable to reset the password on the Lost Password page, you will need to contact Cyrus One.
