Lost Password for Account I was Granted Access To, Can’t get Help

So, I think I might be in a unique situation. I help run the site sananet.org as the web manager. This WordPress site was set up by a different person many years ago and paid by an organization that pays for its premium plan. A few years ago, I was selected as the web manager and provided a login and username to help manage the site. I do not pay for the site, nor have access to the details for paying for the plan. Since I didn’t set up the WordPress site, I don’t have access to the email account used to set up the site.
Somehow, recently, I couldn’t remember my password and the correct password has been seemingly saved over it so I can’t log in to the account. When I try to do the password reset link, it sends to an email I never had nor had/have access to. I can’t contact WordPress directly because 1) I can’t login and 2) I can’t do password recovery because I can’t provide the details it asks because I’ve never had access to them. As such, I can’t even get into contact with WordPress Support for help.
Please advise what I should do to help regain access to this account.

Specifically we use a custom login system on WordPress.com for enhanced security, and because of this our procedures for regaining account access do not work on sites hosted with other providers.
The good news is that as long as you have access to the server control panel through Network Solutions, it is always possible to regain access to your self-hosted WordPress site. You can ask Network Solutions for direct assistance in completing the steps in that article; they would be in the best position to help.
