lost password link doesn't work

I’ve been trying to log into my website to add some photos…via http://mydomain.com/wp-admin/post.php (racheladonner.com) but I guess I forgot my password because I can’t login and I can’t change my password. The lost password link takes me to a ‘not found’ page on my website. WP is wildly confusing to me and I am about to rip out all of my hair because I just need to log into my website. I have updated the plugins from wordpress.com and changed the password but it still doesn’t work to log in to my site or to click the lost password button. I am not a lifelong web designer, which is what it seems like you need to be in order to understand these help forums, so if someone could say some stuff in plain words that would be great.

What is the exact URL starting with http:// of the site you are referring to please?
This is wordpress.COM support. We cannot answer any questions posted here accurately until we have the relevant URL and have confirmed hosting. The software automatically posts the URL of the primary site listed under the username account you are logged in under here.
racheladonner.com is a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting, hosted by CyrusOne
That site is not on WordPress.COM servers. You are posting to the wrong support forum for your software.
