  Hi!
  I made a wordpress site long time ago and would like to update it, but I have totally forgot both username, password, loin etc – whar do I do?

  Hi,
  According to staff they will only give access to the account if you have one of the following: 1) a transaction ID, 2) an activation URL or key, 3) two factor authentication codes, or 4) access to the email address associated with the account.
