  Hi,

  It is for a company that I recently joined. We do not know what email address was used to sign up this account.

  Hi there,

  If you don’t remember the email address associated with that account, use the following password reset tool but instead of supplying an email type the username instead. Then search all the email address your company has access to for the password reset message.
