Lost password not working

  Hi there

  I can access my WordPress account with no issues regarding username or password. However, when I try and access the WP admin account so I can make edits to my domain, it does not recognise my password – the same password which just successfully logged me into my normal WordPress account.

  When I click on the ‘Lost password’ button, I enter my username but I do not receive any emails.

  I can access the WP admin account through Bluehost without any issues, but I don’t want to rely on this work around.

  I am also trying to change the email address linked to my WP admin account. When I make the change, I get the email to both old and new email address. When I click on the link to verify the new email address, it asks me for the username and password which it then does not recognise – back to square one!

  Any assistance would be massively appreciated.
