Lost password option not triggering email

    Hi i’m managing this site for a client. When we tried to retrieve the password, it does not seem to send instructions to the registered email. Can i check if the email registered is (email visible only to moderators and staff)?

    If not, can let me know what is the registerted email for this account?

    I checked the site and we, unfortunately, cannot help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting.
