lost password to site registered with e-mailaddress that no longer exists

I would like to be able to post new things on my site https://helenasundman.wordpress.com/ But since I lack both password and e-mailaddress I don’t know what to do. Can I transport the content I have on the helenasundman site to a new one? I would like to not have to start all over again.
