lost passworId

I have two wordpress accounts, and I lost the password to one. The email address I sued to set up the second account, the one I am trying to recover, is no longer functional. but now I cannot get into either account. What should I do? In trying to recover the account I somehow changed the password to dcblogger, Now I can’t get into either account!

Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.
Clicking this link should display all blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden
