Lost phone and backup codes

  Hey,
  I lost my phone 2 years ago also my backup codes so i can’t login into my blog anymore.
  Is it possible to get help? I tried the account recovery form, i still have my activation url but it doesn’t help since the form says “You should be able to recover your account simply by filling out the lost password form with the email address you’ve provided.”

  Since you still have access to your email address, please use it to send a message to passwordhelp@wordpress.com and mention that you need to disable the two step authentication. Our Account Recovery team will get back to you :)
