I tried that, but it gives me an error saying “Sorry but the website you gave does not exist on WordPress.com. Is it a self-hosted WordPress.org website?”
It is a self-hosted website, but I have an account with wordpress.com and woocommerce that my subscriptions are attached to.

I do not see any upgrades under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/
Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login?
I can confirm that simplymacrame.com.au is registered at WordPress.com but is under a different account and not your @smfrasermacfarlane login. If you do not recall how to log in to your other account you can send yourself a login link by entering your username for that account (simplymacrame) into the form here: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
This will send a login link to the address we have one file for that account (not this one) so be sure to check any and all inboxes you have access to so you can spot it when it lands.

I had to make the smfrasermacfarlane account purely so I could actually make this post – otherwise I just keep going around and around in circles with the password reset or account recovery forms because I can’t login to my original simplymacrame account without my authentication code (which I can’t access!)

Just to let you know, I did redact the email address you mentioned above, since when they’re typed without spaces they’re automatically filtered so only you and staff members can see them, but without spaces the email address filter can’t filter them.
Please do check the relevant email mailbox (inbox and spam folder just in case) so we can help you get the subscriptions renewed!
