lost pictures in my posts and media libary

  Hello.
  To day I visit my blog (http://daszir.wordpress.com/) and notice that a lot of pictures are not visible. In place that suppose be a miniature is icon of lost or delete picture. I can not see this picture in my media storage. Is a the same problem. There is no miniature display. When I click on this losted picture sometime photo open correctly but some time there is no photo

  Can some on tells what is going on and how I can retrieve lost photos.
