lost plan
-
I purchased a domain and your 400$ business plan but for some reason it says on my account that the domain is not linked. Ive tried to login into it a bunch of times but it says i have have made no payments and that my domain belongs to another account?
WP.com: Yes
Jetpack: Yes
Correct account: NoThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
-
I also just realized that the email i used for my evento account was not the same as the email i used to make the purchase on wordpress , could that be the issue and if so , how do i fix it ?
-
You bring the solution yourself. Log out from current lyaghatmahta and log in again using the email address you made the purchase with.
-
i logged in with the email that i made the purchase with , wich is lyaghat mahta but it still won’t show me the domain or plan i bought
-
You are still logged in as lyaghatmahta. As you said yourself “I also just realized that the email i used for my evento account was not the same as the email i used to make the purchase on wordpress”. So you must log in with the email address you made the purchase with.
Another way to restore access to the account that made the purchase, is by using the Transaction ID as described at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-help

ok thanks i filled out the form it’s just that im sure that i made the purchase on lyaghamahta since the receipt was sent to my email.
-
“I also just realized that the email i used for my evento account was not the same as the email i used to make the purchase on wordpress” … do you even know what email address you used? …
-
yea i swear it was the lyaghatmahta one because that’s the email address where i received the receipt for my purchase 😭

I just took a look and unfortunately, it seems that we don’t have any record of purchases, transactions, or billing activity under the account you’re currently logged into, so it sounds like you used a different login for the purchase. If it is for the purchase of tapisraymondandheller.ca, you used a private email service for the email address on file, so you would need to check your records for that data and log in using that information.
If you don’t remember what you used, please provide us with the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/
To find the transaction ID, you can check your bank statement for a charge with WordPress followed by a ten-digit letter/number code.
For example: WordPress XXXXXXXXXX.
If you only see a partial transaction ID, you may need to contact your bank directly to get the full ID needed.
I hope this information helps you out! Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.
